Plastic bag ban saves oil
When I wrote a while ago about China banning various kinds of plastic bags the fact that they say it will save them 37 million barrels of oil a year completely passed me by.
After generating a lot of headlines a few years ago things seem to have gone quiet about banning plastic bags. To my knowledge most of the stories concentrated on the problems of plastic bags being a source of litter, or ending up in landfill after only a few minutes of use.
But plastic bags (like all plastic) are made from the oil. So simply stopping them being used and therefore being made in such numbers saves oil.

In China's case what sounds like a staggering amount of oil.

Whenever I hear about a "ban on plastic bags" I think that the store is no longer offering bags and that folks will have to bring or buy their own reusable bag. it never occurred to me don't know why that stores that do not offer plastic bags are reverting to offering paper ones. I know it's convenient to get a bag when I forget to bring my own, but if bags were never available, you bet we'd all remember to always have one on us!
All people deserve wealthy life time and loan or just bank loan can make it much better. Just because people's freedom bases on money state.
