I look like a Christmas tree.

Hello again. Well I am here sat at my desk with only 45 minutes left until the end of the working day and I am really looking forward to getting out of here. Not because I don't like my job! But because I am cycling home tonight. I live 18 miles away from the office so I thought getting home under my own power would be a decent little work out.....

I know that I can't cycle around the Flora London Marathon course but I figure that a change is as good as a rest and that by doing different forms of exercise in addition to running, such as cycling and swimming, I will generally improve my fitness enough be able to get around the course in April.

I do however look a little bit like a Christmas tree. My only concern about riding home is that I will be on the road for much of the journey so I have invested in reflective tops and an assortment of flashing lights.
I will let you know how the journey went and whether I will be repeating it in future.
